Landing Pages You'll Love

The new year is the perfect time to rethink your website. Creating unique landing pages can be a great way to differentiate yourself from the competition. Sending curated landing pages to potential customers can give them more information about you and lead to more sales.

Some critical aspects of landing pages to focus on are:

  • Listen to Feedback: Taking questions that people have about your company can make great content for a landing page. Creating a video answering a common question can be an impressive way to show your customer how knowledgeable you are on the topic. Having these questions answered also helps create trust between you and the customer. (Don't forget❗We keep track of all the frequently asked questions we get from leads! You can find yours in your Lead Generation Tracking sheet in the FAQs tab!)

  • Why Me?: Taking the chance to remind customers why you're the best choice for the job can be a fantastic piece to include on your page. Including your experience, what you offer, and what you value are terrific things to have in this section. Use testimonials, reviews, and certifications to prove your credibility.

  • Next Steps: Including multiple sections where customers can take the next steps, such as booking an appointment or contacting you to ask questions, can help advance your customers' journey.

  • Bonus Content: Including content that customers can't find anywhere else could help create value and inspire your customers' loyalty.

Customer Retention

Are you getting a lot of new leads? That’s awesome! But what should you do to make sure they stay? In 2021 with tighter budgets and heightened uncertainty, it might be beneficial to think about implementing new customer retention strategies.

Maintaining relationships with existing customers can be super helpful in increasing profits! Harvard Business Review recently stated that a 5% increase in customer retention rates could result in a profit increase of up to 95%! We’ve outlined some strategies you can use to maintain your customer base and grow your business below.

Once Upon a Time... Using Linkedin Stories

If one good thing came out of 2020, it was all the new features added to Linkedin! Some of our faves include live video capability, the name pronunciation feature, reactions to posts, and stories! The new Linkedin stories act just like Instagram stories. It’s an easy-to-use feature that can help you connect with your audience and generate more leads. See how to use the new feature! How can Linkedin stories help your business?

  • They allow you to build a community around your brand.

  • They allow you to reach a wider audience and diversify your content.

  • They help people get to know you better and trust you more.

Here are a few ideas that you can start using right away!

  • Have people ask you anything by DM’ing you, and answer their questions in a story (hint: use the mention feature to @ the person who asked the question!)

  • Show behind-the-scenes of your work life, such as the process you follow with clients to show your competence in the field.

  • A new feature was added to Linkedin Stories last week — swipe-up links! Use links to connect your viewers to new opportunities. You could link relevant news articles, add links to a new blog post, links to books, or links to your website to drive viewers where you want them to go. ➡️

We hope these marketing tips inspire you to try something new! Questions about anything we mentioned here? Feel free to contact us anytime. Rest up this weekend, you deserve it! With 💛, The Boundless Media team
