Another beneficial thing about videos is that you can easily reformat them to produce more content. For example, video transcription can easily be reformatted and turned into a new blog post. Or the audio can be stripped from the video and be used as a podcast episode. The possibilities are endless!

Using An Automated Calendar Schedular (Like Calendly, Dubsado, Acuity, Etc.)

Another way to stand out to your clients this year is to use strategically placed reminders about appointments. 25% of sales meetings are no-shows. Each no-show hurts your ability to close deals. Use your software to combat this by:

  1. Setting up an email reminder 24 hours before your meeting. We can help you create a template and add a link to anything you want prospects to see before you meet.

  2. An hour before your meeting, send a second email reminder with a short, personal note. This note might look like this: Hi {invitee_first_name} Looking forward to catching up with you in an hour! Let me know if you need anything beforehand.
