Just highlight what people are missing if they don't follow you on your social channels. Don't forget to personalize your message to each email recipient! Social media is where you want to create content from your email. Maybe there's a great stat or quote that you want to share. Make it a fun graphic and post it. Tell people if they want to learn more, they can sign up for your emails. The good thing about social media is you will have a lot of like-minded individuals following your page.
